Keen Sight

A Champion under a Keen Sight buff will ignore enemy Evade effects, as well as any other effects or skills that would redirect a skill from the original target. When attacking while under a Keen Sight buff, a Champion will always hit their intended target.

The Keen Sight buff can have its duration increased and decreased, be spread to allies, stolen, and removed.
