Every relic uses the same stat table: a stat's value depends only on the relic's level. Rarity decides the starting rank, not the numbers. Each relic has three stats: the first works from level 0, the second from level 9 and the third from level 15.

Rank and level
Legendary Relic: starts at rank 3, which allows up to level 9. Each rank raises the maximum level by 3, up to rank 6 and level 18.
Ranking up a Relic allows to upgrade its Level further, increasing its stats and the strength of its Ability.
Relic Lore
Painsmith-forged from heavy bronze, glowing eyes of death stare out of this amulet. Present also is a grin, the bless-curse of Loki the Deceiver. A boon enough to save one from death, but cursed so this delay is darkly temporary.
