Every relic uses the same stat table: a stat's value depends only on the relic's level. Rarity decides the starting rank, not the numbers. Each relic has three stats: the first works from level 0, the second from level 9 and the third from level 15.

Rank and level
Mythical Relic: starts at rank 4, which allows up to level 12. Each rank raises the maximum level by 3, up to rank 6 and level 18.
Ranking up a Relic allows to upgrade its Level further, increasing its stats and the strength of its Ability.
Relic Lore
All-consuming is the flame of this torch, not just of flesh, but of worship. It is the creation of Xavial, vampire of the Deadlands. His cult is widespread and possesses great numbers, bringing meat and blood to him.
