Every relic uses the same stat table: a stat's value depends only on the relic's level. Rarity decides the starting rank, not the numbers. Each relic has three stats: the first works from level 0, the second from level 9 and the third from level 15.

Rank and level
Epic Relic: starts at rank 2, which allows up to level 6. Each rank raises the maximum level by 3, up to rank 6 and level 18.
Ranking up a Relic allows to upgrade its Level further, increasing its stats and the strength of its Ability.

With a cry of ‘oh I know where this story goes’, and a wicked laugh, Komidus Darksmile quaffs this potion. He blows away his foes with the overwhelming vitality it gives him, bringing them to tears.
